Please find attached our latest Argus Alert concerning the new requirements for filing your 5500 forms electronically. Anyone who signs a 5500 needs to go online to the Department of Labor and obtain signing credentials.

If you are not subject to file a 5500, then this Argus Alert will not apply to you. If you are unsure of your obligation to file a 5500 for your Health & Welfare plans, please contact your Account Manager to discuss your specific plan.
