Senior Benefits Account Manager/
Account Executive
A group benefits brokerage headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia seeks a responsive, high level, highly detailed benefits customer service professional who thrives on servicing clients in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

This outgoing self starter will be an integral part of a team responsible for servicing our clients ranging from 50 to 1,000 lives by providing them with accurate and professional customer service. With the assistance of an account manager, this position will be responsible for marketing, proposals, new and renewal business implementation as well as conducting enrollment meetings. Additionally, they will have an understanding of administration of policies with numerous carriers, handle service issues including questions with billing, claims, compliance and other administrative issues, as well as coordinating and completing client service calls by phone and/or in person as necessary.

This resourceful person will have 3+ years of group benefits brokerage experience in medical, dental, life, disability and vision. They will be PC literate with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as be internet savvy. Microsoft Publisher experience is a plus. It is necessary that this self-starter also have knowledge in COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA and other employee benefits legislation as well as being a licensed Benefits Agent. Experience working with groups having 50+ lives is required. Reliable transportation and travel will be necessary.
