We work at multiple levels of your organization. We blend our broker and consulting services to address issues of communication, strategy, compliance and education. We meet with you regularly. Follow through consistently. And reinvest in your organization.

Our approach is always collaborative and client-centered.  We maximize the performance of employee benefits plans for our clients.  But that’s only the beginning.  We specialize in helping executive teams connect employees to the organ- izational vision.  We evaluate and implement HRIS and benefits solutions.  We serve in a variety of outsourced HR roles.  We advise and support executives with their strategic HR initiatives. We design web portals, produce custom videos, and design and deliver testing and development modules for our clients.

When Rob founded Argus in 1998, he saw an enormous need for blended benefits and consulting services in mid-market organizations, parti- cularly those going through transitions such as rapid expansion or retraction. The nature of his work offered him a unique lens into the expectations of executives, the demands of the HR Practice area, and the needs of employees. He committed to building a strategic, innovative organization with the ability to support his clients with integrated solutions on multiple levels – all connecting People and Process to the client’s Vision.
