When Rob founded Argus in 1998, he saw an enormous need for blended benefits and consulting services in mid-market organizations, particularly those going through transitions such as rapid expansion or retraction. The nature of his work offered him a unique lens into the expectations of executives, the demands of the HR Practice area, and the needs of employees. He committed to building a strategic, innovative organization with the ability to support his clients with integrated solutions on multiple levels – all connecting People and Process to the client’s Vision.
